Michelle Baginski, Nicky Minus and Sam Wallman are three Melbourne based artists who use each use cartoons and comics to tell different stories relating to political resistance.
Through their varied visual styles and narrative themes, they show the continued strength and diversity of a medium that has existed for as long as the resistance they depict.
They will be speaking at the workshop "Drawn together: art as a tool of political resistance" on August 19 at 2pm.
The exhibition will run throughout the weekend of the Radical Ideas conference, from conference open on Saturday August 19 to conference close on Sunday August 20.
Admission to the exhibition is free with any conference ticket or by gold coin donation.
